Psych is a 'psychic detective' working for the Santa Barbara Police with his best friend Burton Guster, and many shenanigans ensue. Castle has Nathan Fillion as a famous detective mystery writer who follows around a cop to get new material, but there are always amazing one-liners in the show. :) Hope that helps some.
Delta Love,

ChristinaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01159012834321161661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1794426126775991530.post-78441667199495574732011-05-01T08:51:16.085-07:002011-05-01T08:51:16.085-07:00Ummmm, not sure that worked properly. Pushing Daises ...Look, I'm making a comment!!!

Pushing Daises was awesome, I was so sad when they canceled it! What about Criminal Minds? It's really good. I'm trying to go through my mental list of shows. Another one we really liked was Numbers. It's been canceled too.

Cougar town is actually really funny...so is Modern Family.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1794426126775991530.post-31085630214530544822011-04-29T21:34:17.945-07:002011-04-29T21:34:17.945-07:00We enjoyed "Pushing Daisies" quite a bit...We enjoyed "Pushing Daisies" quite a bit. Good, quirky, and clever. We are watching "Burn Notice" right now. It's from USA network, kind of spy, banter, mystery, Robin Hood-type show. I'm sure you can read about it somewhere. We also like "Psych", snarky with 80's references aplenty, but a little cheesy. We used to like "Chuck", but it's gotten really cheesy this season. We watched "Bones" for a little while. We way prefer watching TV shows over movies, but we always watch them online or on DVD. Good luck!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08450348572116072588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1794426126775991530.post-26586177687983659752011-04-29T21:32:02.440-07:002011-04-29T21:32:02.440-07:00Modern family! It's okay... not great though.

We don't have cable either, and for the longest time we just did the TV-on-DVD thing. We still do that; but since getting internet at home (a pretty recent acquisition) we've been doing a lot of instant TV through the Wii. If you don't have a Wii (or similar device) you could get a cable (for like $10) to connect your computer to your TV and there's a ridiculous amount of stuff that you can stream to your TV that way.Margarita Primaverahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00552012009666280533noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1794426126775991530.post-91826408519381098312011-04-28T15:58:52.706-07:002011-04-28T15:58:52.706-07:00We've watched and mostly enjoyed the first sea...We've watched and mostly enjoyed the first season or two of Dexter here as well. Jeff likes it more than I do. We don't have cable either, although I did buy two nifty little antennas for $10 a piece and we get 20-30 channels in perfect clarity.

We also have netflix on demand. I don't watch much TV, but if I do it's usually history or science channel stuff. I like shows like extreme engineering, modern marvels, build it bigger, all of that geeky stuff. :-)

I think I watched the most TV ever right after I had each kid, I'd burn through shows like crazy when I was up in the middle of the night nursing... lolStephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07383050080146929555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1794426126775991530.post-7660810409869062592011-04-26T22:01:14.535-07:002011-04-26T22:01:14.535-07:00I have not seen any of this one, but just saw the ...I have not seen any of this one, but just saw the star on Ellen today. I know yo...Nice Huey Lewis and the News reference.

I know you said you don't like HBO dramas, BUT... this one is Showtime. We love, love, LOVE "Dexter". It's dark, and sometimes a little violent, but man, that story is amazing.

And our new favorite sitcom is "Parks and Recreation"... it's like "The Office", but even quirkier.K Schimmyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16975255196320154482noreply@blogger.com
