It was for me at least. (And a big part of that is my children. I know some kids are easier as babies and toddlers. Mine weren't.) My kids are 3 and 6 now, and I really am starting to feel like we can do so much more. No one is in diapers, no one needs the potty every 5 minutes, no more special food or bottles etc. No strollers to lug around. Everyone sleeps (Well, more than they used to! lol) <br /><br />It won't feel that way forever. <br /><br />Oh and I have a potty similar to the one posted above, and it's good for car trips. Every year I do the drive from SoCal to Portland, and when Amelia was first potty trained it was a life saver.
