I always thought that dogs got the shaft when it came to the LOLcats sensation... clearly, dogs are MUCH funnier. There's a "Cats in Sinks" website, a "Kitten War" website, but no such fun for dogs. Silly cat people.
I know... I think it is because dogs are more naturally expressive, and you really don't have to think hard to come up with the words for their expressions. On a related note, I have never felt that a cat constituted a "real" pet.
